Il Salviatino’s Chef, Carmine Calò, is always thinking about new ways to make our guests happy by using his culinary expertise. Hence, with regards to some national festivities in different parts of the world, our Chef has designed some geographic-themed Apericenas, so that the visitors can taste the specialties of the countries we pay tribute to. Now the time has come for Lebanon, a mix between the arabic tradition and the Western influence. Bathed in the Mediterranean Sea, the country possesses a rich cultural legacy due to all the people who inhabited the land in the past. A quite intense history that also lives in its gastronomic variety.
Tomorrow, Friday 22nd of November from 7.30 p.m. our guests will have the chance to savor some typical Lebanese dishes such as Babaganoush, Hummus, Tabuleh, Fattoush, Falafel, Manzo Koktas, Manaish Zaatar with spices, Manaish Zaatar with meat, Lebanese style rice and the Chicken Shish Kebab. The tasting is priced at € 35 per person including selected beverages.
