It seems like it was yesterday when Bob Dylan started the first edition of the Lucca Summer Festival at Piazza Napoleone, back in 1998. Since then, the participation of great artists such as Elton John, Youssou N’Dour or Dionne Warwick –only to name a few– have made of Lucca’s one of the most important music festivals of Italy and even of Europe.
This year the concerts will also take place at Piazza Napoleone and the schedule will go as follows:
- July 2nd: Eagles
- July 7th: Evening of guitars featuring Robben Ford and Tedeschi Trucks Band
- July 10th: The Prodigy
- July 11th: Emma
- July 15th: Chic featuring Nile Rodgers
- July 17th: Elisa
- July 18th: Panariello
- July 20th: Stevie Wonder
- July 24th: Backstreet Boys / Enzo Avitabile & Black Tarantella
- July 26th: The National
In our Tuscan walled city, July is the coolest month of the year. Won’t you be here to enjoy it?
