At Il Salviatino, nature itself is part of the experience, our pool and botanical garden, presented as an art installation, create a dialogue between landscape and design. A Florentine dining destination loved by locals and guests alike, Da Giacomo al Salviatino brings the timeless charm of Giacomo Milano to the hills of Florence. Set on a panoramic terrace and inside the Sala Alfresco, the restaurant provides an intimate setting to savour authentic Italian flavours and conviviality alike, echoing the warmth and elegance that have made Giacomo Milano a beloved institution since 1958.

Before dinner, or as the evening unfolds, the RosaBar sets the scene to enjoy expertly crafted cocktails and aperitivi, embracing the ritual off relaxed indulgence in the heart of the villa as day fades into night. By day, the Pool Bar offers refreshing drink, seasonal bites, and garden fresh dishes – perfect for lingering under the sun, with views into nature on all sides.

A place where you can embrace the Italian “dolce vita,” offering both seafood and meat options: from Giacomo’s classic recipes to the genuine tastes of Tuscany, always highlighting seasonal ingredients.

As golden hour settles over the villa, the Rosa Bar sets the scene with artfully mixed cocktails and aperitivi, a refined pause that captures the moment and the pleasure of unhurried indulgence.
